Welcome to East Aurora School District 131! Please review and select the correct student registration application below for your child. Please do not use your mobile phone to complete your student(s) registration. Your child will NOT be considered registered until your online registration application is submitted and approved.

How To Register A New Student

Students who are new to District 131 may begin their online registration, upload all additional documentation to the application, or email them to enroll@d131.org. (If you already have other students in the district, add the new student through the ParentVue Application. Do not start your application here.)

Additional Documentation: Upload or email photos or pdf files of the following documents to enroll@d131.org.
- - Birth Certificate: Original or certified copy
  - Parent/guardian’s driver’s license or photo ID
  - Affidavit of guardianship: If you are not the student’s parent or legal guardian and have assumed responsibility for a student for reasons other than access to the educational programs of the school district.
  - Proof of Address: You must provide three (3) documents in parent/guardian’s name. See examples listed below:
    - Title evidence, mortgage papers, or lease agreement
    - Utility bill for current months: (i.e. Nicor Gas, Com Ed, Comcast, city water)
    - Medical card with current address
    - Green Card/Matriculate Card with current address
    - Affidavit of residency (if applicable)
  - Previous school transfer form
  - Home Language Survey

What to bring to your child’s new school:

Illinois State Board of Education Transfer Form: This document must be provided by the previous school if transferring from a public school within the State of Illinois.
Unofficial transcript (high school only): This document must be provided by the previous school.
State of Illinois Health Physical/Immunizations Exam, Dental and Vision Exams
Health Physical/Immunizations Exam: All preschool, kindergarten, 6th, 9th grade students. (If you need services for physicals or immunizations you can come to the VNA Health Center at East Aurora High School. Learn more by visiting this link.)
Dental Exam: All kindergarten, 2nd and 6th grade students.
Vision/Eye Exam: All kindergarten students.
Current IEP or any other special education records: If student was receiving services at previous school (if applicable)

School fees will be collected after the first day of school.

New Student Registration

If you are new to Aurora and/or new to EASD 131 and need to register for the new or current school year, please begin the new student registration .

Returning Student Registration

If you are a current, returning EASD 131 student, please begin the returning student registration .

Kindergarten Registration

If your child is entering Kindergarten at EASD 131, please begin the Kindergarten registration .

Address Verification

If your family would like to update proof of address, please email three (3) current documents to the following email address: enroll@d131.org.

You must provide three (3) current documents with the parent(s)/guardian(s) name. See examples listed below:

To schedule an appointment with the EASD 131 Welcome Center, please call (630) 299-7302 or visit us at 310 Seminary Ave. Aurora, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. The Welcome Center is closed on Fridays during the summer.

School fees will be collected after the first day of school.

Schedule School and Sports Physicals, Immunizations, and Other Health Care Services
Visit the VNA Health Care clinic inside East Aurora High School. Open year round to all students of School District 131.
